The time seemed to go by incredibly fast after Meghan and Brandon asked me to be their wedding photographer. In the blink of an eye, their wedding day was here and what an absolutely beautiful day it turned out to be!
The wintery details selected by Brandon and Meghan were perfect for the season. Glittery center pieces, warm welcoming “cheers!” coasters for the guests at each seat and a beautiful couch for the happy couples sweetheart table were just some of the details that helped create the setting.
I had never been to Wedgewood Granite Rose before, but I was highly impressed with the garden areas despite not having any blooming flowers. Because, well, it’s winter!! And even though the forecast for the day included rain and overcast for a majority of the day, it made my heart soar when Meghan and Brandon agreed to having their photos done outdoors!!!
Their ceremony was perfect, and the reception played off without a hitch. I got to know some of their friends and family, who were happy to share that this wedding was a long time coming. Brandon finally got his girl!! Their love story is that of a happy fairytale ending, that’s really still just beginning. Brandon waited for Meghan for a long time, knowing all along she was the one he was going to marry. Through the years, he waited for her. And even though they were friends and Meghan didn’t want to risk ruining their friendship if things didn’t work out by taking things to the next step, she ultimately had nothing to worry about. Because here they are, in February 2019, celebrating one of the happiest moments in their life by getting married, and I couldn’t be more happy for them!!
Their love story is so incredibly heartwarming, and to see two people who have known each other for a long time starting from a friendship and ending up here, it reminds me of one of the many reasons I love my job. Because I get the privilege of knowing their story, and celebrating one of the most happiest seasons in their life!!!
Meghan and Brandon’s day went by too fast, but I am happy to be the one to deliver a lifetime of memories to them. To the happy couple– thank you again for having me there to help you celebrate such an incredible time in your lives!! I hope you love some of my very favorite photos from your big day!!
