An Engagement Session at Footbridge Beach in Ogunquit, Maine

Eeeeeeeek!!! I am so thrilled to have Gabby and Michelle’s engagement up on the blog!!! And I am simply obsessed with the fact I have already done so many beachy sessions this season because I always LOVE how they come out!!!

When they first inquired with me, they were honest in what they were looking for, specifically regarding wanting a photographer who was excited to work with more queer weddings. And as we celebrate Pride this month, I think it’s important to reiterate for those that may be new to my blog, that Coral Compass Photo Co. is excited to serve EVERYONE 365 days a year. I am a huge advocate in all my couples finding vendors that resonate with them, but also, vendors who can represent them and who they are completely. As I continue to expand my LGBTQ+ portfolio, I hope whoever reads this knows and understands that I will authentically celebrate love, no matter what that looks like for you. Love is love, fam!!!

Michelle and Gabby showed up a little nervous but they made everything so easy for me. Their natural laughs, genuine happiness, the way they were looking at one another and how much fun it was getting to know them was exactly how I like to spend my time behind the camera. Though they live all the way out in New York, I’m thrilled we got to pick a classic east coast location that was so different than the normal city life I am sure they experience every day!!

While their wedding day seems so far away, we are almost to the ONE YEAR mark and I am SOOOOO excited to see them (and hopefully little Basil!) again for their celebrations. I am obsessed with their portraits, and I am dreaming of how gorgeous their wedding day is going to be!!!!
