An Oceanside Wedding on the Seawall in Bar Harbor, Maine

June 27th brought me back to Bar Harbor which is a magical place I haven’t been since 2019!! Though the hike to get there last time was a challenge with traffic at every turn, this trip was a breeze in a literal sense of the word!

Krystina and the girls got ready at this cute little Inn where the peach wallpaper made my dreams come true!! While the girls got glammed up, I photographed one of the most gorgeous bouquets I’ve ever seen. Large peachy florals poked out of Krystina’s arrangement and although the pollen on it caused a mishap or two, it truly was a gorgeous piece to photograph!!

When I say this day was filled with ocean breeze, I mean it quite literally. And honestly, it felt fitting even if at times it was a little hard to manage!! Seth and Krystina seemed so happy being by the ocean and it felt so fitting. Watching them finally have their tender moments during their vows after going through all the pandemic changes, too, was really sobering.

I really enjoyed hearing all the beautiful things their friends and family had to say throughout their day. Though their Sunday wedding on the Seawall was perfect, it was only one out of the many days they all got to hang out and truly celebrate what tis day for them meant. I’m personally friends with Krystina on Facebook and so I got to watch her weekend with live updates and I can’t tell you how truly happy I was seeing them have the weekend of their dreams, in a place that was so special to them.

Seth and Krystina, I’m so thankful to have played a part in your journey getting to this day!! I am thankful for my friendship with you both and can’t wait to do more Cookie Ice Nights with you in the future!!!!
