A Dreamy Golden Hour Engagement Session at Prescott Park in Portsmouth, New Hampshire

I am so insanely excited to finally have these images hitting the blog!! Prescott Park in Portsmouth has always been one of the dreamiest spots to photograph in and it, of course, did not disappoint me!

Just two weeks after booking Cody and Leia had scheduled their engagement portraits which was an awesome treat for me because it’s usually at least a few months before I meet my couples for their e-session after booking. They knew exactly when they didn’t want to do them, and I’m kind of glad it wasn’t winter because ooooooo I LOVE these gardens. Especially when we get to do them during golden hour!!!!

I am obsessed with their outfit choices — the white dress Leia wore was gorgeous with the little frillies at the bottom hem. Then, paired with Cody’s dapper purple jacket… it was an awesome pop of color to work with, that I feel matched the vibrant pops of garden colors amazingly.

They brought along their sweet pup for some photos and oh my goshhhh I love getting to add more pups to the Coral Compass pup fam!!! She did amazing and loved the pats, and I really hope she will make an appearance for the wedding!

We ended their session with a pop of champagne which is one my favorite things to do during an engagement session. Such a great, fun note to end our time on and Cody really knew how to bring the champagne spray for the photos!!
