A Summer Engagement Session at the Massabesic Audubon Center in Auburn, New Hampshire

I first met Brandi through my June bride, Hayley, and I knew once we started chatting I was going to love photographing their wedding journey!! Though their wedding will be in Northern Vermont next year, they took the drive to meet with me for their session, and funnily enough, one of my location suggestions just happened to be where Dan proposed to Brandi!

Walking around the Audubon center with Dan and Brandi was amazing!! We ventured around the fields first and let me tell you —  from the start of the session before I even snapped the first photo, I was already having fun! They have this genuine way of naturally connecting, and directing them was almost too easy since they just naturally did the things I would normally suggest doing. They cuddled close, laughed easily and even threw in a piggy back ride. And all in all, like it seemingly always does, their session went by so fast!

I am SO excited to head back to Vermont next year for their big day! I feel like some of the best wedding days for me always happen in Vermont, and you won’t find me complaining about it ☺️
