Words can’t justify how much I absolutely love these two!! It feels like it’s been a long journey with Ryan and Sarah, but not long enough at the same time.
I got in my car after this wedding and I felt choked up as I drove away. I nearly B-lined it to the door as I was leaving because I didn’t want anyone to see me sad! For some reason, it felt like saying goodbye to two really important people, simply because I don’t know the next time I will see them again. Though I assured Ryan since we will be neighbors practically by living 5 minutes apart, he will more than likely see me around town — and we made a deal we wouldn’t avoid each other if it happened ?
Their wedding details were stunning. Purple accents with colorful bouquets (and HOOPQUETS!!!!!) made for exactly what I would have envisioned for them. Bold colors that made a statement. Beautifully crafted DIY decor. Portraits from their engagement session and elopement in May sprinkled around the ceremony and reception spaces. It was absolutely perfect.
They both have the most amazing personalities, and all day long my job felt effortless. It truly felt like I was hanging with friends I’ve known a lifetime, and to be able to watch the smiles and many many happy tears (ahem, Ryan ?), it was truly a joy. One of the best memories I will take away from their day was when we were in the middle of their portraits and Ryan looked at Sarah and lost it. In his words, “he’s never been more happier than in this moment in his life.” My little heart!!!
Sarah was stunning. From her purple hair, matching purple EYE LASHES!!!!, her dress, her handmade veil that screamed Sarah in every single way, the sparkly pink shoes and everything in between. She was just so beautiful!! And Ryan… what a dapper man in his gold studded shoes and purple suit jacket!!
The perfect day gone by way too fast, and though it might have taken 3 months longer than you both originally planned for to get there, I’m so incredibly happy it happened <3
