I can’t believe Cori and Bank are married!!
These two are sweet friends of my sister, and over time, I have grown to adore them so so much!! It feels like we just did their engagement portraits, and then all of a sudden, their wedding day was already here!!
It was the absolute perfect summer day to have a wedding at the Three Chimney’s Inn in Durham. I remember when Cori first showed me that they would be having their wedding here!! It has secret garden vibes right behind the ceremony space, which fit perfectly with their elegant theme and greenery accents. The entire wedding party wore black, while Bank and Cori wore white, and it was seriously the most romantic feel!!
One of the sweetest parts of the day was watching Cori get ready. So many times I caught her holding her bump, and I have no idea why but knowing the two of them are expecting a sweet little baby in just a few short months makes me so emotional!! And, knowing that some day their child will be able to look back on portraits, knowing her or she was a part of the day, too, will be so special.
Banks adoration for his girl the entire day made my heart melt, and the way Cori gushed over her husband (Cori, can you believe you can call him your husband finally!? ?) was just the sweetest!! There were many first look moments, SO many laughs that revolved around Benny (Banks brother), and not to mention, it was Bank’s dads birthday, too!!
I remember talking to his Dad, Yo, several times throughout the day, and all he would say was how it was the best gift that his son was getting married to the love of his life on his birthday. The way he spoke of Bank and Cori was just the sweetest.
Countless moments, so many outgoing personalities and an incredible group of friends and family surrounded them the entire day. 8 hours goes by way too quickly, and I wish we could go back and celebrate these two all over again!!!
