I’ve been spoiled this season with weddings with views, and Matt and Alyssa helped out with that!!
Their wedding took place at Loon Mountain, which is a beautiful little escape area in the mountains of New Hampshire. I had never been before, though I’ve heard of it many times growing up in this state, and I am so happy to have had the chance to visit!
Alyssa and Matt are two very easy going people who fit perfectly together. Their love for hiking and views took them to the one mountain around the region that they haven’t yet hiked. But instead, Loon Mountain took them to the top for a very different kind of adventure!
The day was beautiful all around — the weather was perfect (on the way up I even saw some leaves starting to change!) and the simple, natural feel of the day was just perfect for them. We took a gondola ride up to the top, which was a first for me, and the ceremony took place on a pavilion that overlooked the mountain region of Lincoln.
Everything flowed smoothly, and roaming around the mountaintop with Alyssa and Matt was the best way to spend a Sunday wedding! One year to the day, he asked for her hand in marriage, and celebrating exactly a year later just seemed like the most flawless thing to do!! The views and fresh air contributed to a night filled with lots of love and celebration for Mr. and Mrs. Nye, and as their saying goes… #youcantdeNYElove!!!
