A Backyard Summer Maternity Session
Seeing Maddy again brought back so many memories from when we used to work at McDonald’s together nearly 10 years ago!! Good old McD’s was my first ever job (outside of babysitting my little buddy Tyler) as an early teen, and it seems like that time in my life was forever ago!
Especially when you consider the fact that we are both now momma’s!
When Maddy reached out to me earlier this year to snag a summer date for her maternity session, I was thrilled! Honestly, I believe one of the last times I saw her was when I was very newly pregnant with my daughter in 2013, before I even knew I was pregnant yet, and now we’ve come full circle and she’s expecting her first daughter very soon!!
We met at her parents’ home which is just absolutely stunning. The pops of flowers sprinkled around their backyard and that pool … oh my gosh it was fun taking the beach ball belly pics! I had a lot of fun hanging out with Devin and Maddy for a little while as we celebrated with portraits them welcoming their sweet little Stella into the world any day now.
Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to see you again girl!! I am SO happy for you two, and cannot wait to send you the full gallery! Enjoy some of my favorites 🙂
