A Golden Hour Engagement Session at Prescott Park in Portsmouth, New Hampshire

One of my favorite spots for sessions during the summer months because just looook at the lighting!! I met up with Casey and Mike at Prescott Park and our time together went by so freaking fast. I got to meet Casey’s mom and dad who helped with their sweet fluff ball of a pupper, Louis, who was such a good boy for photos!!

Casey and Mike’s natural chemistry as I was taking their portraits was amazing. It was so easy for Mike to get her to smile and I loved how effortless their session was. Walking around Prescott Park it’s always filled with so many other photographers, but I feel like we got kind of lucky that day with only a few others, and some free entertainment as some people were performing on the stage at the park!

We also go super duper lucky with the sun setting JUST right over the water by the end of the session. Usually the sun is a little awkward and there’s generally a ton of people on the docks, but I’m glad we gave it a go because the end of the session by the water produced some of my FAVORITE images from the entire shoot!!

I am so thrilled with the warmth and love in these photos and am very much looking forward to their wedding next September!!! Enjoy some of my top favorites from their gallery ❤️
