A Warm Summer Engagement Session at Macrae Farm Park in Colchester, Vermont

I had the best time exploring Macrae Farm Park with these two adorable humans a couple weeks ago!! It was BUGGY as all get out, and I felt so bad it added a layer to the session, but these two rocked it!! I generally have a ton of fun meeting my couple’s for the first time, but these two have a personality very similar to mine and they had no problem with my excitement as we found the light and made magic happen!!

It’s always nerve wracking getting photos taken, but Maddie and Sam found their groove and I loved how much they were able to be their giggly selves. It was so much fun seeing their natural interactions with one another and if they were nervous… well, I couldn’t gell!

We ventured to find a beautiful tree, a favorite of Maddie’s in all of Vermont, and worked our way back to the edge of the slow moving river where the light dipped and turned very golden. It seemed our time flew by in a flash because suddenly, the sun was falling faster and we lost the light and our fun times came to an end.

I could have hung out and talked with these two all night, but I said my goodbyes for now!! I am so excited to see them again for their wedding but here are some of my favorites from their gallery!!

Thank you Sam and Maddie for meeting with me, even if the reschedule had us wait an extra few weeks!! ❤️
