Amanda + Sean | An Engagement Session At Rafes Chasm | Gloucester, Massachusetts

I am in LOVE with this location!! So dreamy with the light just right, and the entire area just so peaceful with the waves crashing on the rocks. It was the perfect setting!!

Amanda and Sean made things so easy! And, it was a special place, because it was where they got engaged!!

Sean had blindfolded Amanda and lead her down the trail, (in heels no less!!) to the highest point of Rafes, where he got down on one knee and asked her to marry him! So, it only made sense we went back to the same place where this new season started to take some portraits of the two of them.

Same heels and same location, and we got some pretty epic photos! They are such a joy and truly so laid back!! I always get a little nervous that my excitedness (is that a word?) will be too much, cause once I have great light and an outstanding couple, I tend to get super happy about it!! But, they seemed to enjoy all of my excitement, and it was such an easy time!! I love feeling like I am hanging with friends while capturing beautiful photos, and they made me feel right at home with them!

I think my favorite part of the whole thing aside from Amanda being badass and climbing to different parts of the area in heels, was at the very end when I said “just for fun, let’s do that epic Titanic shot that everyone knows about!!” It was sooooo perfect!!!

Sean and Amanda, thank you for bringing me to a place that’s special to you!! I can’t wait for your wedding day!!! Enjoy some of my favorites <3
