Engagement session season has officially come to a close, and I can’t think of a better way to leave my season than to end it with Erica + Zach!
I first met them at Panera to talk all about the wedding deets– what seems like forever ago now.. and just like that, we were already planning their engagement session! But, it’s not that long ago compared to the journey they have taken to get to where they are now!
Going on 10 years of love, laughs, “I love you’s,” I’m sure some hard times and challenges. But here they are, just 6 months away from celebrating the last decade with saying their vows and promises for the next many decades!!
There is nothing I love more than when my brides and grooms make me feel like I am hanging with two really good friends, and I don’t know these two as well as they know each other (except for all the following I do on Instagram ?), but what I do know is that Erica and I are pretty close to the same person haha! At one point during the session, we both were discussing how we hate pants, and if that’s not the makings of a great friendship (or what the wedding day will be like) I don’t know what is!!
Zach and Erica are so so sweet, and the laughs and looks they exchanged throughout my hour with them were even sweeter! They brought along Zach’s sister who was a lot of fun, and Lola (aka Bear) who is the best pupper around!! I also have to give a super shoutout to Erica for walking down the not-so-groomed trail through mud and a stream in heels! I am for certain there was an easier way around, but we were all about winging it ?
You guys, I can’t WAIT for the wedding — it’s going to be so much fun celebrating your love. And for now, I hope you enjoy some of my favorites ❤️
